Irish Tea at the ‘Nest
While in Ireland I went to tea. Not a fancy tea at a castle or other such fancy place, but the tea you take your parents to when they are in town (that’s how the lady who recommended it to us described it). It was lovely. So I’ve brought it to the ‘Nest. Enjoy finger sandwiches and sweet treats along with your lovely pot of tea. Tea parties last 4 hours and include mini massage sessions for you and your guests. You also can choose to include some instruction in at-home self-care techniques!

Our You Time programing was developed to help busy people take formal time for themselves. Self-care shouldn’t be a luxury. It really should be a way of life. Originally designed to run as three-month long courses, we’ve now taken some of the most powerful and popular segments and created 1/2 day and full-day seminars.
