reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is also a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. Administered by "laying on hands" reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Similar in intention as the moving of chi in acupuncture, tai chi and chi gong, a treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit by facilitating our innate ability to find and maintain wellness.  Reiki generates many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being. It is also used to treat a wide variety of conditions including reducing physical pain, improving digestion, facilitating better sleep, increased energy and a strengthened immune system.

Level One Reiki
The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student through an “attunement” by a Reiki Master Teacher, which allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of life force energy.
Objectives:

  • To understand the philosophy of Reiki and the conscious use of Reiki energy for total physical and mental relaxation

  • To learn non-invasive on and off-body Japanese Reiki balancing techniques to increase the flow of universal energy to promote relaxation and reduce stress


Level Two Reiki
If you are enthusiastic about enhancing your Reiki skills, perhaps to work on others, the Advanced Reiki Class provides all the answers to your questions. Learn the Reiki symbols to bring your skills to 100% power, especially for a distant healing session.  
Objectives:

  • To learn and become proficient in Reiki symbols, meditations, and chakras

  • To be able to assess when Reiki is needed with the help of body energy scanning techniques

Advanced Reiki Training
ART – Advanced Reiki Training goes a little deeper than the other two levels. At this point you should be practicing on yourself regularly and working on others as well. You have probably made the decision to open a practice and possible are headed toward teaching and attuning others.
Objectives:

  • To understand how to balance physical, mental and emotional components of the human system with the help of aura and chakra balancing

  • To learn business and communication skills necessary for becoming a Reiki practitioner/teacher    

 
Master Level
Learn what you'll need to take your business to the next level with the ability to teach.
Objectives:

  • Receive the Master attunement which increase the strength and effectiveness of the Reiki symbols.

  • Practice all the attunements you'll need to teach
