Unplug, Undo, and Recharge are the goals of Restorative Yoga. In our culture of doing and always being connected, Restorative yoga is counter culture and encourages us to explore simply being.
Each pose is selected to nurture the body while using props mindfully to encourage surrender into the pose, releasing the tension of life. With each joint supported the body receives the message of kindness and love, allowing you to fully receive the benefits of the practice; physical healing, increase in immune function, and cellular repair, just to name a few. Each sequence is done with attention and care, so that each pose and the transitions can be sustainable allowing maximum benefits to be gained and a return to our True Nature and connection with our breath.
Classes are limited in size so that attention and care can be given to each student. In this class, hands on support, guided meditation, essential oils, and Reiki may be available.
